FELIZ 2010
In my last essay I took you outdoors; this time we go inwards. A gentle reminder to embrace the wisdom from within. Kill your idols. Wake up your intuition.
Can you decipher what’s coming from the core? /We don’t need a drugstore/Change attitude at will without a pill. (Since Oliver once called me the white Snoop Dogg, I had to spit out a little rhyme, eh).
On our path towards freedom, we have to find the time to face our inner world(s) and find this mysterious core. Let’s do some clean sweeping in our bodies--our temples. I call it my occult sanctuary; my esoteric source from where I come with force. Especially in times when the world seems to be upside down, it’s important to discover hidden patterns of our conditioned mind to see where we trip ourselves up. The goal is coming to a point where we can draw strength from the past, put vision in the future and trust each precious moment of our lives. Being in tune with a natural mystic flow and able to follow our bliss (thank you Bob Marley and Joseph Campbell).
99% is feeling--beyond these words, beyond dis-ease. Working at being is not easy, but leads to balance and happiness. Humble and confident, we step into the unknown, neither afraid of the dark nor blinded by the light. So find out what nourishes your soul, recharges your Chi and reaffirms the belief in yourself. By awakening this divine source within each one of us, we also invite compassion and mutual respect for the earth and all beings.
One last quote and I will shut up: “If that which you seek, you find not within yourself, you will never find it without. For it has been with you from the beginning.” - Wisdom from a great Goddess
